Issue description - Describe the problem you are having

Network Update gives a "Failed to connect to update server"

Expected result

Network Update to be working

Actual result

OPL-CL seems to be down.

How to reproduce the issue

Just try to use Network Update on the main menu.

Thanks for the heads up guys. I've rectified the issue on my end and the server is back up.

I'd love to upgrade the site, but life's got all my time tied up. I'm not even sure if the maintainers are still doing anything...
