Omim: Review the "Add a place" phrase/process in maps.me

It seems that it's not very clear for the user that "Add a place" will actually insert the place in OSM.
For example, in Brazil we see a lot of people adding personal places in OSM.
It seems that this problem also affects other languages, like here https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/41309090 (read the discussion)

For the Brazilian Portuguese we have changed the phrase (#3846) to something like "Contribute a place to the map", which gives a better feeling of the real action (sending the data to OSM).

It seems that this phrase (Add a place) should be reviewed and/or make it clearer that the user will send his places to OSM, since it seems that people are thinking that they will add only some local places.

We're aware of the problem of adding/editing personal/private geo notes by an editor. Actually in the upcoming release we're doing some first steps to resolve the issue.

I've seen that alot. it's a shame to see many pois like "my friend's house" & "my work" in public.
Most of them are unpremeditated mistakes made by common users who didn't known that everyone can see those edits.
please make those properties more clear.

Obviously "add place" is in wrong place please change its position
