Note that this breaks new installations for all these platforms... No stable release since 12-12-2020 has worked successfully and nightly releases fail also.

The fix is (hopefully) here: https://github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator/pull/2356. Vadim and I have tested it on private builds successfully on vSphere

I'm not sure how we can have a next stable release until this issue is fixed...

(Note 4.7 nightly releases have the same issue...)
