Just where is the "browser cache" and can it be interrogated/manipulated independently of Script Lab?

Hi @ElizabethSamuel-MSFT and @Zlatkovsky, this customer has a question about the browser cache. Can you answer this question or should I direct the customer to Stack Overflow? Thanks in advance!

@lindalu-MSFT , the user can either just delete snippets one-by-one in the UI (the recommended approach), or they can clear their localstorage for "scriptlab.azureedge.net" in the browser F12 tools.
