Nylas-mail: Default signature is inserted if no custom signature is set as default

1. Create 2 custom signatures.
2. do not set 1 as a default signature
   
3. new emails have the default Sent from Nylas N1, the extensible, open source mail client. signature

Expected behaviour: no signature at all

@pilap82 I think that we're going to continue to have the default signature, but we're going to change it so that it's a signature in the Signatures section—you'll be able to change/remove it much more easily!

As I recall it was a signature in the Signatures section. I removed it in a previous version and during the latest update experienced the same. The Nylas signature returned and I have none listed in Settings.

Work around: Create a blank signature and assign it to all accounts.

Until we fix this, you can remove the default signature by creating a new signature from Preferences > Signatures. Select the default text in the signature box and replace it with a carriage return (Enter or Return on the keyboard). As long as there is at least one character in the box, your signature will "stick" and you can set it as the default for your accounts.

But then if I click to add a signature, the default signature appears. Clearing it out works.

It's odd that it shows no signature while the Nylas "Ad" is present and it only shows it when we create a signature, additionally it would be nice if Nylas could sync Gmail's signature.

2018 and this issue still exists making the mail client useless because it tries to insert advertisements each time you send an email. this is already on top of the whole "create an account to use our software"

plus what's with all the phone home requests tracking your users. I've only had this installed for half an hour and there's way too much spying going on.
