Nylas-mail: Feature Request: Remove dock icon

One thing I really loved on Sparrow was the ability to only have the app icon on the menu bar. Since I have Sparrow always open and I like clean docks, it was really handy to only have it on the menu bar.

Would love to have this option on Nylas too.

I think when all windows are closed and the user is not interacting with the app, it should hide app icon from the dock.

+1 for hiding the doc icon, but only if as a result it repurposes the system tray icon at the top of the screen to be 'click to show/hide' so I can just click on it and get straight into N1 :)

+1 It's been almost two months since it's labeled as a "feature-request". Is there any plan or ETA for this feature? @jstejada

But I currently see no way to disable the tray icon.
