Nw.js: No shadow when window is transparent - on a mac

the code line that responsible for this, is this
https://github.com/nwjs/chromium.src/blob/nw20/chrome/browser/ui/cocoa/apps/native_app_window_cocoa.mm#L329

however exposing the parameter up to javascript / package.json is a bit painful
so if anyone willing to do this, I am willing to review and test
