Nugetgallery: Package download stats not updating

Describe the bug

2 days ago we released Cake version 0.35.0, normally it should at least be a couple of thousands of downloads, it's still 0.

Expected behavior

Download count to increase each day.

@nkolev92 Thank you for directing me to the right place. Just to add more, It seems like this is not only limited to project templates. I've uploaded a new version of a package here and seems like the download isn't incrementing too.

The same happens to me.

These 3 projects have no stats updates for the last 3 or 4 days:

This week no stats have been updated for this library: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Guflow/ as well.
