That's actually why I made that package. I don't plan to do just a link though, but automatically open the prefilled release notes page after the publish is done. I'm still considering whether I can make that the default behavior or not. I'm leaning towards yes, but open for input.

Personally, I dig it. Plus, people can open it up and then edit it after the fact with their custom notes if they want to.
