Describe the bug
Text wrapping is not done in one of the configuration options.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Notepads using Spanish language.
  2. Press F1.
  3. Select Advanced tab.
  4. See the text "Habilitar respaldo y restauraci贸n de se..." is shown cut.

Expected behavior
The text should look good.
