Nodejs.dev: Feature: downloads table pagination

Summary

Add the ability to have multiple pages with a limited result.
For example
100 results total with a limit of 25 would be 4 pages.

Motivation

Better user experience.

I think using a styling library is acceptable as long as the style and design is consistent with the original designs on figma

i watched Figma. but there is not pagination in download page. how to make that?
