Original internal nomination by @gireeshpunathil :]
Hey,
I would like to nominate @ronag (Robert Nagy) to be a Node.js core collaborator. They have made solid contributions to http, streams and http2 over a long period.
They have shown ability to make meaningful changes in the code and have hundreds of PRs and commits. I was actually quite surprised when I realized they were not a collaborator already and I think they would make a good addition to core.
Contribution history:

Please provide your feedback, or 馃憤 if you concur. thanks!

Hey, I have received reports from collaborators concerned about this nomination and I would like to schedule a call with @ronag to discuss them so they can address those concerns.
Please ping me here or via my email to schedule :]
@benjamingr: I don't have your mail. Feel free to drop me a mail (you can find the address in my profile).
@ronag sure - I sent you an email!
For future reference - all collaborator emails are in the README:

I think it's probably better if I remain contributor. I feel I have significantly different philosophy than the current team in a number of topics which is already causing some frustration on both sides and are difficult to address. Especially given how outspoken I am as a person. Therefore, I don't believe it is appropriate for me to join as a collaborator at this point in time.
If I could start CI and add/remove labels on my own PR's that would be nice. But I don't think such fine grained permissions exists in GitHub.
@benjamingr Please close this.
After some discussion between @addaleax and @ronag, I think it's appropriate at this time to reopen this nomination. 馃帀
