Node: Nominating Ouyang Yadong (oyyd) to be a collaborator

I'd like to nominate @oyyd as a Collaborator. They are engaging frequently, in a wide range of areas, and I鈥檇 love for them to stick around, especially since they care about some of the areas that haven鈥檛 received much work in the past (e.g. the tls/StreamWrap code).
