v4.x is nearing its end-of-life. We should probably update the root certificates one more time.
I'm assigning this to myself but if a collaborator wants to take it up, you are more than welcome to.

That's true, but if it's for security purposes then we should probably do it anyway.
If we do want to do this we should try and do it ASAP so that we don't have to do any emergency releases after EOL
If we are going to cut a final v4.x release I would like to include this bugfix: https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/19425.
Will open a PR against v4.x-staging in a bit.
