Extracted from ctc-agenda labelled issues and pull requests from the nodejs org prior to the meeting.
AsyncWrap public API proposal #18
Anna Henningsen @addaleax (CTC)
The agenda comes from issues labelled with ctc-agenda
across all of the repositories in the nodejs org. Please label any additional issues that should be on the agenda before the meeting starts.
Uberconference; participants should have the link
& numbers, contact me if you don't.
We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen
to it live, it should start playing at
https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on.
There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and
then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to
before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should
show up.
Many of us will be on IRC in #node-dev on Freenode if you'd like to
interact, we have a Q/A session scheduled at the end of the meeting if
you'd like us to discuss anything in particular. @nodejs/collaborators
in particular if there's anything you need from the CTC that's not worth
putting on as a separate agenda item, this is a good place for it.
Usual reminder that this meeting will take place 44 hours from now and not 20 hours from now.
Standup portion of the Google doc is ready to go.
By the way, it appears that this CTC meeting will mark the one-year anniversary of the merging of io.js and Node.js. https://nodejs.org/en/blog/announcements/foundation-v4-announce/
As I sit here finishing my keynote for NI EU on Thursday(pretty late in
London right now), that's a really really cool thing. Happy Anniversary!

I most likely won’t be able to attend, sorry.
Who is _not_ going to be at NI EU that would like to chair this one? I'm not but myself, Jeremiah and Trevor all have somewhere else to be about 1/2 way through the meeting so it might be best if someone chair's just in case it goes longer than that.
We only have one item on the agenda, however, and hopefully it will be quick. Please prep for that as it's supposed to be a vote on accepting the changes on the AsyncWrap AsyncHooks EP @ https://github.com/nodejs/node-eps/pull/18 — this is just an EP, not code changes (yet, Trevor says he might be dropping a fat PR on nodejs/node today for that). The EP is a set of incremental changes upon the original EP and has mostly arisen out of the implementation work Trevor has been doing. @nodejs/ctc please read up before the meeting and if you're not going to attend but are able to get your head around the document then your vote either way would be appreciated, please provide here or in the EP.

I won't be there so I guess I'm a candidate, but happy to let someone else do it.
Will miss this.
When I said "I won't be there", I meant I won't be at Node Interactive EU. I will be at the CTC meeting. Uh, just re-read my comment and realized it was easy to misunderstand. :-D
@trott 👍 thanks
A last-minute conflict showed up on my calendar; I won't be able to make it either.
@addaleax @ofrobots and any other CTC members who are likely to miss the meeting: Have you had a chance to read https://github.com/nodejs/node-eps/pull/18? If so, can you log your "yes", "no", or "abstain" vote on it here or in that issue?
My apologies for missing the call yesterday. Not entirely adjusted to Amsterdam time and pretty much crashed as soon as I got back to the hotel room.
