GOVERNANCE.md explicitly states it should be discussed at the weekly meeting:

[Potential new collaborators] are identified by the CTC and their addition as Collaborators is discussed during the weekly CTC meeting.

Either we should do that or we should update that document.

I'm going to re-add the ctc-agenda tag. If you or anyone else feels like this is unnecessary, we can talk about updating GOVERNANCE.md either at the meeting or in another issue. I don't have strong feelings about it, but I do want to follow our publicly published process as much as possible (and I'm sure you feel the same way on that last point).

Trying to get everyone's Google username ahead of time to ease Hangout invites.

I onboarded @bengl over the weekend because we happened to be in the same place at the same time Saturday afternoon. So that leaves @jhamhader, @yorkie, and @firedfox, with I suppose @bmeck as a maybe (and if not, we'll definitely get him in the next round!).

@jhamhader gave me his Google username over IRC.

I'm pretty sure I found @yorkie's Google username so I'm not worried about that.

Having trouble getting @firedfox's. So, @firedfox, if you see this, please email me your Google username, or use IRC to get in touch with me (I'm @Trott on Freenode), or post your usename here if you don't mind people knowing your username... And if all else fails, I'll just post the Hangout link here when the time comes in about an hour.
