Node-telegram-bot-api: Tutorial

Hey guys,
I wrote down a simple tutorial a few months ago since lack of tutorial was clear here.
It's not complete yet and I think I don't have enough time to complete it soon , so I was wondering maybe some of you want to help , If you do , please PR and I will merge.
It contains some typos still so as I said I'm not currently free to resolve.
When this is done I think this would be a good idea to put it's link in README of the project.

• Add a new file at doc/tutorials.md containing links to tutorials
• Add Tutorials link in the documentation section in the README
• Meet you in the other repo :+1:
