Node-gyp: What is going wrong? trying to install node-opus, but gyp gives me errors

I try to install node-opus to make music bot for discord, but get this problem, I try to reinstall gyp, but it doesn't help, i don't understand what i'm doing incorrect =( please, help me

Perhaps the easiest way is to update npm:

npm install --global npm
