Looking at https://github.com/orgs/nodejs/teams/node-gyp/members I think it makes sense to make all of us mainteners.

I also removed three people who were in there as individual Collaborators rather than being a part of one of the three teams that has access to the repo. They can be re-added or added to a team if that was a mistake. But it seems like none of them have landed any code in the last two years. So removing them seemed low-risk. (And like I said, they can be re-added easily enough.) They are @mscdex, @tjanczuk, and @JayBeavers.
