Node_exporter: Connect to Supervisor using Unix socket

It is fixed in https://github.com/mattn/go-xmlrpc/commit/b33132ba322246f94c9014de03af2176f00743bb. Can we please update mattn/go-xmlrpc vendor to latest to have this fix?

There's still no upstream versioned release for the fix, I filed https://github.com/mattn/go-xmlrpc/issues/17.
