I have tried to clone nothing without the internet but the dino game appeared on Chrome browser.

Work perfectly! I unpluged the power supply and nothing is downloaded.

Glad to hear you found a solution. If this happens again, you could also get everyone to turn off the internet. Then no one cannot clone nothing with no internet if you know what I don't mean.

In case turning off the internet of the world doesn't work, you could try asking your city mayor to turn off the electricity, that will definitely fix your issue, in case he/she refuses you could go to the biggest electrical station and try to turn it of there, that always work

I think nuking the entire country's power supply should help your case. It should not download anything to your system and will definitely not get the FBI on your case.
