Nocode: Code might actually be doing something.

I tried to run this, and then windows 10 restarted so that it could update. I have not been able to reproduce this, but the coincidental timing makes me believe this code might have caused the update.

This is actually a valid point, (I guess). In some languages writing nothing actually does something
