Nixpkgs: Feature: mention 'nixpkgs-fmt' in the Create_and_debug_packages section.

Perhaps mention nixpkgs-fmt in the https://nixos.wiki/wiki/Nixpkgs/Create_and_debug_packages page -- e.g. near/in the section of NOX as another useful thing to do to your packages as you ready them for submission.

Currently there are multiple Nix formatters, none are of them are ready yet, and there is little community consensus.

That's a shame (and the format is a bit beyond indent.pro it seems) .

We could totally mention nix formatters in the wiki. It's unofficial docs.
