Nixpkgs: Update to gnome-3.32

I've started working on 3.32, it's in a mostly working state (successfully started a gnome-session on real hardware): https://github.com/hedning/nixpkgs/commits/gnome-3.32

Thought I'd ping people to avoid any duplicate work: @jtojnar @worldofpeace

I'll open a PR pretty soon.

I also finally wanted to rename gdk_pixbuf to gdk-pixbuf but I guess I will wait now, to avoid conflicts.

No, wrapGAppsHook is native Nix object so we should use camelCaps.
