Ngx-mask: Thousand separator using comma

Hi,

Right now, for thousand separators are available empty space and dot.
Can you add a new type of separator having comma for thousand and manually inserting dot for decimal, please? I need it for prices in the UK currency that looks like this: 4,294,967,295.00

@Thegrep01 I see coma_separator in Readme but seems like it is still in develop branch ? When will you publish it ?
