ngx-datatable-tree-toggle directive is not working

Current behavior
if you use ngx-datatable-tree-toggle directive datatable always used default buttons
because variable _column.treeToggleTemplate_ was not setup

Expected behavior
show tree-toggle which is defined in ng-template

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
customized tree-toggle behavior
