Ngx-bootstrap: datepicker clearing hours

Hello,
i have problem with datepicker, this bug can be reproduced on demo page:

1. open https://valor-software.com/ngx-bootstrap/#/datepicker#reactive-forms
2. select date with current month (eg. 8.03)
3. value is: "date": "2018-03-08T10:36:25.000Z"
4. change date to another month (eg. 8.02)
5. value is: now "date": "2018-02-07T23:00:00.000Z"

hours were changed to midnight, this is not happening when i change date in same month (eg from 8.03 to 10.03)

Major issue if one is relying on the current time in their dates

Because it is still not fixed, i fixed this temporarily by creating component with datepicker, and on "bsValueChange" before i emit model value i am setting hours/minutes/secondsas they were before date changed.
