Ngx-bootstrap: feat(typeahead): add support of multi-select

I'd love to have an option for the typeahead to select multiple values, just as with ngTagsInput (AngularJS 1.x) or ng2-tag-input (integrated with material design instead of Bootstrap). The ngModel would then be an array instead of a plain string. Shouldn't be too complicated, i think.

At the moment, we are blocked by system.js build :( hope to fix it next week
After it bs-typeahead and bs-select should land in ngx bootstrap
