Ng-select: First letter is over-written and value says SA instead of USA

Expected behaviour

Tab into a dropdown, say a country start typing USA, Press enter again type USA the first letter is overlaped

Actual behaviour

Tab into a dropdown, say a country start typing USA, Press enter again type USA the first letter is overlaped/cut
