Nexus-plugin-prisma: Improve automation around prisma updates

  1. Configure renovate to group @prisma/* development dependencies with the @prisma/client peer dependency.
  2. Configure renovate to make PRs for @prisma/*@dev releases. We won't merge these PRs usually. But their presence will tell us if the upcoming release works with the plugin according to the test suite.
  3. Document the workflow entailed here in the contrib guide.
