Nexus-plugin-prisma: Project naming

I love what you guys managed to achieve with all the tools you released so far, let me however suggest that you rename this plugin.

While all the folks in my team know the difference between these two projects, we find the following names confusing:

• prisma/nexus
• prisma/nexus-prisma

Going slightly off topic, imagine having to make the difference between an “Apple iPhone” and let’s say a “Apple iPhone-Apple” product.

As we all know, naming things is a challenge and I am myself far from being a communication/marketing genius, but I would suggest you rename this plugin to something along the lines of “nexus-connect” or “nexus-gen”.
