Nexe: Self hosted nexe releases for download

I downloaded the windows file from the releases, but I get this error when running:

you can install nexe with npm

npm i nexe -g

For usage information you can type nexe --help

or check the readme https://github.com/nexe/nexe#usage

Is there a binary (compiled with nexe) release for windows available for download without using package managers? my os is a mess with failed node installations and qould prefer a self-contained exe file.

When I opened this issue I was expecting that to be the norm given the nature of nexe....
It's nice to see it becoming real!
