The long pages at https://www.netlifycms.org/docs/ are not resposive. View the GIF below.

The 'links sidebar' should not overlap the footer.

Tested on Firefox Quantum (x64) and Chromium (x64) on Windows 10 (x64).

@tech4him1 I believe I was able to resolve this issue, however I can't seem to push my branch up (I have linted, rebased, and the test specs pass). I believe this has to do with my permissions. Feedback would be appreciated. Thank you!
