Netlify-cms: Comment here with contributors that haven't been recognized yet

We use the all-contributors spec to recognize contributions of all types, including ones that don't show up in the commit history. This includes design mockups, plugins, starter templates, tutorials, and a bunch of other stuff that's all really valuable. (full list here).

All of these contributors care added to the bottom of the repo readme, as well as the front page of netlifycms.org. Because there's no real way of including all these sorts of contributors automatically, we need to do it manually (following these steps). I know there are many who have contributed in the last few months who haven't been added to the list yet, so let's gather them here, and then and a whole bunch at once.

If you know of someone who should be on the list (including yourself!), add their information in a comment on this issue. The comment should include:

GitHub username
- if this is not available, we'll need a name and avatar image (if possible); optionally can add a website
types of contributions, and where applicable, relevant links (see this table for help)

Is this intended to be an evergreen issue for folks to list contributors needing to be added to the list, or can we close?

@tech4him1 added all of the contributors above in #996, but we still want to gather contributors who _don't_ show up in any PRs. Qualifying tasks include:

Writing a detailed bug report
Writing a tutorial
Creating a template or starter kit
Creating a supporting tool or library
Making design mockups and adding them as a comment on an issue
Answering questions in Gitter or Stack Overflow
Giving a talk at a meetup or conference

A great contribution would be to scour the web for examples of these items, and listing their creators in this issue, using the guidelines in the original comment. There's also room for one-off comments by anyone who makes or happens across a contribution of one of the types above.
