Neon-wallet: Sent Trinity to NEON before adding token's hash.

Hi guys, I need some help here. Totally my fault, but I sent Trinity to my NEON wallet before I added the trinity hash code to add TNC token. I read earlier that all NEP-5 tokens are compatible with the wallet but had no idea about having to add the TNC hash until it was too late. Are all my Trinity tokens lost in that transaction or will it show up after adding the hash that adds the token to the NEON wallet? What should I do at this point?

As long as you can see your tokens at your address on the blockchain, then they are there. You don't have to enter the scripthash into the NEON Wallet first.

@mhuggins Thank you so much for the reply. I don't see my Trinity Tokens at my NEO tracker address, But I do see DBC and QLC there. In my NEON wallet- I see both my DBC and QLC tokens but Trinity= 0.0000

Just to retrace my steps again for clarity...
1.) Withdrew DBC tokens out of KuCoin, and into my Neon "Receive" address, worked perfectly.
2.) Withdrew QLC tokens out of KuCoin, and into my Neon "Receive" address, worked perfectly.
3.) Withdrew TNC tokens out of KuCoin and into my Neon wallet with my Neon "Receive" address. After 3 hours no tokens received.
4.) Did some research and found that I had to add the Trinity token via wallet's settings using the TNC "hash". Added it.
5.) Logged back into NEON wallet and now TNC name shows up on the token list but at 0.000 tokens.

Here is my KuCoin confirmation...

Here is my NEO Tracker balance. As you can see Trinity is not even in the balance list but the others are...

Any help is very much appreciated. T_T

@mhuggins The KuCoin image is a TNC transaction. The NEO Tracker image is from clicking my "Receive" address in my NEON wallet.

If you sent from Kucoin join the club. It is an error with them and they are taking their time to resolve. Mack sure you raise a ticket with them if so....

How do you raise a ticket with KuCoin? All I see is a support email
address... and they have not replied to me after two attempts.

I contacted support twice and talked with them through chat. Both times they said my funds are safe took all my info including hash, wallet address, and email and that was really about it other than sending them a few screen shots. I asked if they would be contacting me and they said just keep checking your wallet...binance is the best exchange out there by far and if they want to compete they need to stop losing customers funds. I hope someday I'll get those 1500 TNC back. On a side note, I did test it again and sent 10 TNC to my neon wallet and it worked. So I took advantage of this today and sent the remaining balance to neon wallet which is now safely showing in my neon wallet and the neo tracker website when I enter my address.

They appear to be on a day off today. Tomorrow (Singapore time) go to support and on the top right click human support. I’ll be doing the same as my transaction was on 1 Feb

Same boat here guys. I tested by sending 10 TNC from KuCoin to NEON wallet was fine. Until i sent 3,400 TNC to my NEON wallet it has not showed up yet and it has been more than 18 hrs ago. Just sent an email to KuCoin, hopefully they can help me.

I have to get back to Kucoin again (for the second time) to relax the job.

My funds came through about 1 hour later.

Your funds should be safe. They are having issues on the exchange however, and it might take some time to get your tokens.

Hey, at least they're doing a good job at keeping us informed through all of this...oh shit wait, nope, they can't even respond to one of the many emails I've sent them over the past three days as my TNC is still missing.

I'll never us KuCoin again. I don't care if you have issues, but if you refuse to stay open and communicate those issues then you make me fucking nervous and I won't use you again. I shouldn't have to come onto github to find the answers the exchange could be giving me.

Hi everyone, I've added the TNC hash to my NEON wallet (its shows TNC) and tried the transfer from KuCoin to the wallet (stupidly all in one go 1st time) and its been 13 hours and not showing. Ive contacted KuCoin for some advice but still waiting. I wanted to ask if anyone actually got their TNCs added to their wallet yet? Most posts in this thread seem to be 20 days old now. Thanks, any help greatly appreciated.

I guess you need to wait. If you have added TNC in Zeon wallet correctly you need to worry. Yes TNC transfer from KuCoin is rather slow. I did my transfer and only received them after 15 days!

I've tried contacting their support a number of times and have heard nothing back. I have vouched never to use Kucoin again because it is bs that they would lose funds like this and you can't get any answer from their team or even get in touch with them

I spoke to NEO Wallet and then to KuCoin - and in 2 hours its was back, i just had to be persistent. the guy at NEO said this "

"An exchange works like this: they keep all funds in a few "hot wallets". The amount they show on your account page is just a number in a database. When you request a withdrawal, they subtract from that number in the database and initiate a transfer from one of their "hot wallets", which is not associated to your account in any way. This transfer can fail independently of them debiting your account (subtracting from that number in the database). In this case, the transfer failed yet they still debited your account. You can confirm this by not only checking NEO Tracker, but by checking to see if the balance appears in your NEON wallet, which uses a different way of determining the value of your address. If both say 0 (or not the amount you expect) then it's definitely a problem with Kucoin. If NEON does have the amount you expect, please let us know because then it's definitely an issue with NEO Tracker."
