Nativescript-vue: Can not use nativescript-vue 1.3.2-rc.* with vue-cli-template

I tried with nativescript-vue-template was working.
But can't vs vue-cli-template got error message

I have the same problem from version [email protected] to [email protected] !
it is not possible to launch application...
The project is it stable or not ?
