It looks like typeshed needs some fixes (and reverts), I will submit tomorrow.

After all it looks like there was just one real issue with typeshed that is now fixed. Unless we will discover some more issues internally, I am going to use 42d50778078e54331a38201cf6ad8c3e6e9b3c87 as the release branch base.
