Musicbot: Doesnt let me run it cause it says it wasnt downloaded from here when it was.

when I run the run.bat it says it wasn't downloaded from git but it was.

This is intended. If you downloaded a zip file, you have installed the bot incorrectly. There's even a note about this at the bottom of the windows guide.

I even downloaded it again and it didn't work when I set it up again

Read the windows guide, and clone it using git.

No. Please read the windows guide for information regarding cloning using git. You don't download anything from github.
