Msys2-packages: MSYS2(mintty 3.0.2) can not start by latest git-bash on windows 7.

I try run mintty on windows 7. It can not work. Mintty usage of memory always increase to process is killed.

The specific end of support day for Windows 7 was January 14, 2020.

So, i think that the MSYS2 community dosen't need to support Windows 7.

I think we still support Windows 7, but it might get little testing...
