Mpv: .m3u8 not support record(use "redcord-file" option)

Reproduction steps

1.download lastest mpv from there "https://mpv.srsfckn.biz/mpv-x86_64-20180722.7z"
2.open cmd,input command mpv http://ivi.bupt.edu.cn/hls/cctv1.m3u8 --record-file=recordtest.flv

Expected behavior

generate a recording file and playable

Actual behavior

generated a file,but file size always 0KB
