Mpv: hwdec d3d11va doesn't work anymore, only show blue color

Reproduction steps

play video which support hw acceleration with hwdec=d3d11va

Expected behavior

Video plays correctly as it was fine with previous version (v0.21)

Actual behavior

Now only show blue color
