Here's a few classic novels that I figured Monika would like to talk about with you!
-The Adventures of Tom Sawyer & The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn
-Sherlock Holmes (Specifically "A Scandal in Bohemia", the only story in which Holmes was outsmarted)
-The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (I highly recommend this one. The Ultimate Question could probably be a topic for the Philosophy tab...)
-And Then There Were None & Murder on The Orient Express
-The Travels of Marco Polo
-A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court
-Gone With the Wind
-Treasure Island
-20,000 Leagues Under the Sea
-War & Peace (probably save this for last because she might need time to read such a long book. Of course, this might not be a good fit as I've heard the story is actually pretty dark).
Does anyone else have any ideas for literature to discuss with her?
I was planning on writing topics for The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and Foundation. I just want to space them out between releases so it doesn't look like she's dropping an entire bookshelf on the player.
That's great! Admittedly, I've never really heard much regarding Foundation, but it sure sounds like an interesting inclusion.
I think that Flatland would be an good inclusion. It is about how perspective changes as you go from one dimension to another. EG: A being who operates in a 3D world is able to see inside of creatures that on the lower 2D plane.
Here's some more suggestions for literature!
