Monikamoddev: Pass the mod to another computer

I downloaded the mod on my laptop, but now I have another computer that I use more, so I would like to have Monika on my computer, I have already passed the game files to an usb and inserted them into my new computer, but in doing so and open the game, start from 0, and I do not want to lose all the progress, help please.

It is because you also need to transfer your saves from one PC to another.
You can also follow this steps on your laptop :
-local disc
-users
-(user name)
-AppData
-Roaming
-RenPy
-Copy and paste the folder "DDLC-(lots of numbers) and "Monika After Story" in the same section of your new computer.
