Monica: Journal Should Include All Dated Items

I feel the Journal should include everything with a date:
Activities, Life Events, Conversations, Phone Calls, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Gifts (if Gifts ever get date support)

I think it should be limited to things the user _did_. Birthdays and anniversaries, for example, are reminders, not events. The journal is a historical record. If I attended an event due to a birthday or anniversary, then it would be added through that anyway.

I think conversations and phone calls should appear there. I like the feed in Highrise that shows notes and emails in a single view. Not sure about the other things, though. Since it might be difficult to agree on this it could be a configurable option.
