As I see, in 2019c they (IANA) changed only information for:

  • Pacific/Norfolk
  • Pacific/Fiji
  • Asia/Istanbul for years <= 1985

I see that last release for moment-timezone is 0.5.26 with 2019b, not 2019c, is it right?
