Modules: rename github team

we get a lot of pings for cjs stuff which isn't our domain. I think the team should me named esmodules.

I disagree; it’s absolutely in our domain because of interop and feature parity concerns.

@devsnek fwiw we don't govern anything right now. We can choose the scope of what we want to govern when we charter.

TBH I think it would make sense to keep CJS in the scope of this team as we are likely to have a depth of knowledge
