Mocha: Drop Node.js 4.x support

Node.js v4.x will no longer be maintained as of April 2018. When this happens, Mocha should follow suit and drop support.

Please note that old versions of Mocha will still work on unsupported platforms.

Now AWS lambda supports v8.10, 4.3.2 and 6.10.3.

in highlight of AWS lambda functions, AWS is already supporting node v4.3.2 and 6.10.3 (and probably more by the time we drop v4.x)
