Mlpack: Azure pipeline hosted windows image removed

Dear members,
On 2nd April azure has removed vs2015-win2012r2 pipeline hosted image. We are currently using it under Windows VS14 Plain. (Ref)

We are already using the 2 new images. Should we remove it from ci.yaml?
