Ml-agents: Not training in console

Working on creating new environment tutorial

When I run one of your tutorials, I dont think is is training.
The mean and std are not increasing nor decreasing.
Also in the anaconda prompt, it says not training and don't know whether it is training.

For the ones who has same issue, please put --train in the end.
