Hi,
We´re trying to understand how we are affected by the new Outlook Service throttling limits.
The statement "15 megabit upload (PATCH, POST, PUT) in a 30 second period" – does this mean that we are limited to uploading 1,87 Megabytes every 30 seconds, so adding an 6 mb file attachments would take more than 90 seconds?
Thanks!

Same here.
I posted the question in stack overflow as well
Yeah I have come across your post and stackoverflow responses are empty for the questions posted for microsoft-graph section
Hopefully we will respond before this goes GA, hopefully with an alternative solution.
This change will have considerable business impacts.
Will ask the question in the upcoming graph community call, maybe someone there will have an answer.
I was under the impression that these changes where already GA. The max connections limit seems to be implemented as stated in the docs but the upload limit is not I think.
"This change will begin deploying on June 1, and should be fully deployed to all tenants by mid-June"

Hi everyone,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. After tracking the information down internally it appears that the limit is 15MB (bytes) not 15 Mb (bits) per 30 seconds. I authored a pull request #8950 to correct the information and this issue will be closed once it gets merged.
